The Problem
Your business does not fit in a SaaS template.
You have tried the off-the-shelf tools. They do 60 percent of what you need and force you to work around the other 40. Your team is in Excel again, your data lives in three different places, and nobody trusts the numbers at the end of the month.
The custom quote you got from a traditional dev shop is eye-watering. Half of it is for rebuilding login, user management, and a permissions layer that every business app in history has had. You are paying agency rates for work that already exists.
Meanwhile the no-code option dies the second you need a real permissions model, a proper audit trail, or a report that actually ties to your accounting system.
Off-the-shelf vs custom
Fits 60% of your workflow. Forces you to work around the rest. Monthly fees scale with users.
Rebuilds the basics every time. Invoice includes months of work other apps already solved.
Pre-built core + your workflows. Fits your business instead of the other way around.

Get a quoteOur Approach
The boring stack. Done properly.
Angular, .NET Core, PostgreSQL. This is the stack that runs serious software in regulated industries. It is not flashy. It is proven, documented, and every senior engineer can pick up the codebase without learning a new framework.
The core handles the parts every B2B web app has. Auth, org management, role-based access, admin panels, audit logs, reporting. Your budget goes to the workflows and data your team actually uses every day.

What's Included
What every web app build includes.
Pre-built core architecture
Angular front end, .NET Core API, PostgreSQL, all wired together. Battle-tested across 10+ live platforms.
Role-based access control
Admin, manager, team, read-only, custom roles. Real permissions, not a setting on a checkbox.
Admin dashboard
Manage users, data, and configuration without asking a developer to run a SQL query.
Integrations
QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, internal APIs. If it has a contract, we can work with it.
Hosting and deployment
Real production infrastructure with SSL, backups, and CI/CD. Portable to your cloud account any time.
Post-launch support
30 days of support after go-live for bug fixes and tweaks. Optional monthly support after that.
Example Projects
Web apps we have shipped into real businesses.
ForefrontAcademia.com
Web app with student enrollment, modular courses, automated exams, and back-office workflows on a shared permissions model.
MXMPilates.com
Class planner that lets Pilates instructors design reformer, mat, tower, and chair sessions from a shared exercise library, with subscriptions and studio team accounts.

Pricing
Straight pricing. No hourly agency games.
Every web app we quote is scoped to what you actually need, not padded with the work every business tool already has. Simple internal tools with a few workflows and user roles look very different from larger platforms with integrations, complex permissions, and heavy reporting. We will walk you through what drives the number.
If your build is big enough to need phasing, we will say so. Part one goes live, your team starts using it, and part two builds on top of something real instead of a nine-month spec doc.
- One-time build cost
- No per-seat licensing
- Optional monthly support after the first 30 days
- Quote returned inside a business day
FAQ
Questions ops and tech leads ask.
What stack do you build web apps on?
Angular on the front end, .NET Core on the back end, PostgreSQL for the database. It is not the trendiest stack, it is the boring one that runs large systems in banks, factories, and hospitals. Any senior engineer can pick up the codebase. No framework-of-the-month risk.
Can you build internal tools and admin dashboards?
Yes, this is probably the single most common thing we build. Internal dashboards, ops tools, admin panels, reporting, audit logs, role-based permissions. Most businesses try to run these in Excel until they cannot anymore. We replace the spreadsheet with a real tool your team actually uses.
How is this different from a SaaS build?
A SaaS is a product you sell to customers. A web app is usually something you use inside your business, or for a specific audience. Same stack, same backend, different focus. If you are unsure which one you need, send a brief and we will tell you honestly. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller web app instead of a full SaaS.
Do you integrate with existing systems?
Yes. Most web apps we build plug into something already in place. QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, internal APIs, legacy SQL databases. We have done direct integrations and middleware layers. If it has an API, or even a CSV export, we can work with it.
Can I add users over time with proper roles and permissions?
Role-based access control is part of the core. Admin, manager, team, read-only, custom roles, it is all supported out of the box. Most businesses start with 2 roles and grow into 5 or 6 as the team expands. You do not need to plan all of that up front.
What happens to hosting and maintenance after launch?
We host it for you if you want, on infrastructure you can audit and move any time. Or we hand it to your IT team. You are never locked into our hosting, our licenses, or our subscriptions. The 30-day post-launch support covers bug fixes, and we can transition into a monthly support arrangement if you want ongoing work.

What do you need built?
Describe the dashboard, internal tool, or workflow you want to replace. A senior engineer will reply with how we would build it and a real quote, usually within a business day.
